Everyone needs good personal health. Many people make New years resolutions to improve their personal health. A lot of money is spent on products to improve their personal health. A lot of books are written to help people improve their personal health. People spend a lot of time trying to improve their personal health. Without good personal health people are not only unhealthy but also unhappy. Personal Health is very important to living a good life. It is something you can’t ignore. Without good health it is hard to reach your goals or get things done. Personal health involves not only your physical health but also your mental health and spiritual health. We need good physical health in order to have the stamina to get through the day. We need good mental health to make good decisions and have good self esteem. We need good spiritual health because life is hard and we need to have a relationship with God to get us through the hard times of life. There are many careers in the health field.
